I know that this is the new band wagon that alot of people are jumping on... Just curious what everyone else has to say.
Major issue I see with bow manufacturers having with parallel limb designs are the risers bending and flexing ALOT. This often causes the limbs to offset, and the cams and wheels to canter... when that happens all kinds of bad things can go wrong, missing your target should be he least of you worries.
Some companies have put alot of engineering into their bows to help prevent this. Using multiple piece risers are a major help, most people think 1 piece risers are stonger right?... NOPE. The multiple piece risers are stiffer to begin with because the smaller pieces cannot flex as well. Also where these risers are bolted together takes the stress in instead of distributing it to the extremities of the bow.
Just something to keep in mind when bow shopping.
REMEMBER THE MOST EXPENSIVE BOWS AREN'T NECESSARILY THE BEST BOWS!...
