i prefer useing my fingers but i went to bass pro shops and used a release for the first time and linda liked it but lil harder to pull back,,,what do you guys use mainly??

I use a Scott back tension release with string lop for 3D. and Tru ball release for hunting.

Always used my fingers,,, But 2~years ago I got me a release, than hurt my shoulder , So I'll try the release this year & see how I like it
