Which choke does everyone prefer when duck hunting? Kick's High Flyer or Rhino Waterfowl #1, #2, and #3 chokes (depends on range and hevi shot or steel) - Sloppy

Don't depend on what the choke is marked, and don't assume that one choke will throw every shell you jam through it the same. I spent a lot of time at a pattern board to find a few shell, choke combos that were perfect for varying conditions. To me, the most important feature of a choke is even distribution of shot from edge to edge. Find that, don't skybust, and you can watch your cripple numbers go way down.
I like the 3 inch, 1 1/4 ounce, 1425 FPS #2 or #3 steel shot for the 20 - 40 yard shots over dekes, jammed through a true modified choke. If I could afford them, the Impact loads in #4 or #5 are AWESOME through my gun. I shot about 30 of those shells last year that were given to me as a tip for guiding. I had only 5 misses, and I had only one cripple.
