turk2di - Some Sloppy photo tips that might help you are listed below: 1. Use the left mouse button to "Select" just the picture portion of a scanned picture. A lot of software allows you to "crop" (i.e. remove) the white border around a photo. Then go to the main toolbar and perform a "Save As" and name your photo. Wahh-lahh! You should have just the picture portion of a scanned picture. 2. Always look under the "View" and "Tools" options on your photo-editing software's toolbar/menu. If you have scanned an image in upside down (I won't tell anyone....I promise! ), look for a "Rotate" selection under one of these drop down menus. Select it the option that is appropriate "Left" or "Right" or "Clockwise" or "Counterclockwise." That should straighten out your picture's orientation before you upload it to PhotoBucket or other hosting site. 3. You might have noticed that your pictures that I re-worked are a little less fuzzy and the color./contrast is better. Don't thank me....thank the programmer of "Image Expert Premium Dell Edition." This program has a nice feature called "QuickFix." I used this feature on your photos. Basically, it improves the contrast between the light and dark colors of a photo, get rid of the [glow=red,2,300]red eyes [/glow] and smooths out fuzzy edges of objects in a photo. It works magic on not-so-great photos. Try some of these things and let meknow if you would like some more help. BTW - Check out the "Elk" forum. I'm in for the Kentucky draw and if I'm selected, you have absolutely no option other than to be my guide (I don't know them KY woods!). -Sloppy Snood
