Your grammer was correct.
What sort of problem is it? Plott hounds are pretty rare so not much of a data base built up on genetic anomalies specific to the breed. Could be some congenital defect that any dog could get.

IT'S A BLUED PIECE IN THE CORNEA, BUT NOT THE WHOLE THING. VET SAYS IT'S LIKE TUNNEL VISION. I WAS THINKING IT COULD JUST BE SOMETHING GENERAL INSTEAD OF PLOTT BECAUSE I HAD NOT HEARD OF EYE PROBLEMS PRIOR TO SEEING IT IN MY OWN DOG WHO IS A 7 WEEK OLD PUP. BUT I WANTED TO MAKE SURE THERE WASN'T SOMETHING OUT THERE I HADN'T HEARD OF. I HAVE HAD SO MANY DOGS IN MY 31 YEARS BUT NEVER AN EYE LIKE THIS ONE.
