These two guys have been hanging around my pasture and creek bottom for better than a year now. They have been quite entertaining. They seem to disappear during hunting season though. These pics from a week before season started. As a side note, this morning when I let the labs out, they made a beeline for the tall grass next to the fence. I quickly called them back as I knew they were on to something. After a minute a caught a glimse of two hens with their poults heading through the fence and down to the creek. Man, that would have been a disaster if those labs had gotten into those poults. My black female is pretty relentless when it comes to chasing down a running bird. But all went well. Just glad they do listen to me. Guess Bert and Ernie must have gotten lucky with these two gals. Not the greatest of pics, they were better than 100 yards away way I took the pics.

Nice shots Terry, like the first one where he is sounding off. With that light if you cut 75 yards off you would have had one heck of a shot cause I bet the colors would pop on those two. Seems like "if" happens to me a lot when shooting with the camera though.

These boys aren't the sharpest tack in the box, but even at that, they beg to differ with me getting any closer, even for a camera shot.
