Been awhile since I've been on. Been super busy around here. Between renovating our house and building the shop, hasn't been much time to do anything else. Hope everyone is doing well and getting primed for fall hunting. I know I am.

Doing good here, busy too, the list Penny has made for me is rather large. Working on my deer barn when time allows, building a hog cooking pit for another planned cookout. I've never cooked a hog in the ground but guess it's going to happen here late summer. If it works I'm going to toss some venison in this fall. Take a break once in awhile Terry and keep us posted.

Gotta love them lists Grizz. Can't see the end of mine. Just trying to knock off some of the bigger chunks right now. Sounds like you are pretty busy with all of years also. Have done the pig pit deal a couple of time. No better tasing pork than that, when it turns out. That should be a great cookout for sure. Lets us know how that goes. Something I learned today, is that a moose in your pasture is pretty cool. Untill you find out that to get in he just walks right through it. The same when he leaves. Still pretty cool though. Of course no camera to capture that today. All happened pretty fast.

I can only imagine your list Terry, with the move and all it has to be a long one. Have you found everything yet that you left ND with? About the hog cooking, I've heard it is the best and am going to have a couple experienced helpers that have been successful in the past but I've also heard they have a grill with hotdogs on standby. Kind of scary for the 8 to 12 hours when all is buried and can't see what is happening. Maybe that's why a lot of beer is consumed at some of these so that the cooks don't really care Sounds like you live in an awesome area, that would be so cool to hear wolves and see moose. When you get those chores caught up maybe you can take some pics for us.
