So after scouting turkeys. I get to the farm. I look and there the geese floating and happy behind the barn. I figured I had little time. I'd jump shoot em. I drive to the backroad to get gun and put Camo on. I grab my gun and then shells. Uh where's my shells?? Wth?? I know where they are!! At the house on the bed! There they are right where I left em!! Aren't they happy?? Like their sayin. Hey hunter dude! How do ya like us now?

Longspur, you are a good sport!! I wonder how often things such as this happen but we never hear about it. I once went bow hunting at the East farm, had made big plans with my bro the night before and we just knew that we were going to have a monster buck caught between us and a good chance for a shot. We were both on our way very early, talked to each other on the cell phones during the 4 mile drive and had all the gear a guy could ask for to hunt the trophy bucks during the rut. We parked 1/4 mile apart and were going to walk into the woods at the exact same time until I realized I had no BOW. I had left it at home by the door, well it was very daylight when I returned as an armed hunter.
