Hey guys. Well we finally made it to our new home in Northern Idaho. I can't say it all went smooth, but we did finally get into our home last week Thursday. Today we finally got internet service. Though it wasn't all that easy either in that to get internet we had to have our reciever dish located 60 foot up a fir tree next to our house. Hoping to get some phone service next week. Winter started here the day after we moved in. It has snowed everyday since the day we moved in. Our house is almost livable now with most boxes unpacked. Lots of renovation ahead though to get it the way we want it. Will all not happen overnight though. Haven't had anytime to get out and do anything yet. But are treated everymorning with 20 to 30 whitetails that show up in the back yard. As things get more undercontrol, will be out taking some pics of the area. The last month or so has been really stressfull. Finally able now to sleep through the whole night. Looking forward to getting our life back on track again. Will be able now to get my resident deer and elk tags this fall. Though the wolves have really hammered the elk herds, still really looking forward to getting out after them. Have met a few of the neighbors, and they have helped us out considerably with keeping our driveway plowed out. A great feeling to have neighbors who are willing to help out. More later as we get into the process of starting a new life.

It sure is great to hear from you Terry and know that you have made it to your new home safely. Thought that you were probably covered up with the moving process since we hadn't heard from you in awhile. We folks that live in rural areas (wilderness too) sometimes have to do strange things to cope with technology. West of my house in the river bottom cell phones work best from atop the neighbors ten thousand bushel grain bin, I can see you guys climbing the tree to install a dish. Looking forward to seeing pics of your area, starting in the backyard of those whitetails. Keep us informed as to how it's going in the NW and watch out for those wolves.
