Hey everyone I havent been on in a LONG time! Been busy with a new family just had a baby boy a few months ago. Anyway I have been trying for probably over a year to sight my bow in I dont know why but i just get so frustrated. I also don't have the room to sight very much in. I can do it in my back yard but only up to about 15 yards and thats pushing it. There is a NEW range near my house and I looked into how to join it. The good news is, is that its $20 for the year the bad news is that you have to have proof that you have either passed a safety class which is expensive around here OR have passed you hunter education test for bow BUT i CAN NOT go take the test until i sight my bow in. i cant describe my frustration. What can I do? I cant afford to take it to a pro shop to have them sight it. HELP

Maybe Jerseyhunter will have some ideas. Can you take a safety course online? Some states you can, don't know about your area. I sight in my bow each year starting at 10 to 15 yards, like my left/right to be DEAD on before moving to further distance. I can preset my 30,40,50 yard pins and be in the ball park but of course need to shoot at those distances to fine tune. Not shooting on a regular schedule is more of a problem for me as I won't be very good past 30 until I get into shape, and in your case sounds like shooting say 50 arrows a day is hard to do. Never had the problem you are facing so wish you the best , has to be a very bum deal. Personally I can't imagine your situation since I can shoot 800 yards from my front or back porch and still be on my own property.

Thanks alot, I'll try giving the left to right a shot tomorrow. I personally know 4pointer but don't get to see him often enough :-( Would you suggest i put a stabilizer on there? Does it actually make a difference?
