Got an invite to hunt a wheat stubble field from a couple of good buddies. They really know the birds and thought I better make it out to hunt with them. It wasn't long into first light and it started raining geese. We were done hunting at 9 am with a total of 50 geese, 3 bands. One of my most productive waterfowl hunts in a long time.   |

Thats a pile of goose down coats. Gonna have to wait here for awhile to get some open fields. Man got me chompin at the bit,thanks a lot! ;D ;D ;D ;D!!

nice job, that was obviously in a place they absolutely were determined to get into. Nice when you get a spot like that. They've only just started to cut the fields around here last weekend.
