hey guys..i need some help..im ready to invest the money(around 450.00) for a quality climbing treestand..i keep thinking its a choice between API and SUMMIT..can anyone tell me which treestand is better? has anyone got a SUMMIT ULTIMATE VIPER? i think thats my best choice..but i really like the API ALUMI-TECH STAR as well..any feed back on this would be very much appreciated..thanks..the hunt master..

I have had my summit viper for quite a few years. It has been very good to me. And it has held up pretty good. The rubber coating on the cables has been beat and looks it.And it has a few dings in it or missing paint. The seat is too comfy at times. takin many a siesta's in it. Well built stand for sure. The next one I get will more than likely be a summit. Good luck with your decision.  |
