I alway use to make my own by painting them. I do not know what it would cost to make wraps that are digitally made but the cost of hand painting the arrows are not to bad. I picked up all of my supplies from Bohning Archery. I have some supplies left from the days when I hand painted. I still have the motorized arrow crest machine, dip tubes, and several cans / bottles of paint. If you are interested, I would make you a great deal on what I have left. The hardest part of it all is the dipping process. There is an insert that fits into the rear of the arrow shat that allows the paint to run off smoothly and prevents the paint from bunching up on the end of the shaft. The other hard part of the dipping process is getting the mixture of the dipping paint right so that there are no air bubbles once the arrow shaft has been dipped. The cresting is easy, when you have the machine. The only hard part about this is picking the colors that you want on the arrow. The art of arrow cresting is the old traditional style that was or would be seen on arrows used by traditional shooters. When done right, it is a whole lot nicer than the digitally made wraps. You also get some sense of pride in the finished product. You can take it a few steps further and use actual feathers. The neat part about feathers is that you can splice two different colors together so that they match up with the cresting that you have done. It is tedious work but the end result is a work of art. If our decide you want to go this direction let me know, I can help you out with supplies and some help with the technical aspects of it.

dipping paint some sticky paper and an exacto knife is how I did my custom designs. I know that is not exactly what you are looking for but it works pretty good
