Ho hum! Well not only did it change locations ,but its a week before the superbowl. I always watch the pro bowl. Not with much enthusiasm. I don't like the new time slot though. What do you folks think of the pro bowl?

YAWN!!!! I'll watch as long as Arron Rodgers is in. I agree. And I also think that Commissioner Goodell is trying way to hard to "market" the NFL. It was really irritating the crap outta me when he started bringing the NFL over to London... and now THIIS! I mean, football is tradition. IMO it's the REAL "America's Game"! But he and the league corporate mongrils are getting greedy and taking the fun out of football. To put the Pro Bowl a week before the Super Bowl is just flat out stupid! Here's an example... Take Peyton Manning for instance. The guy is just a stud! And he will always be in my mind one of the best if not THE BEST/Smartes QB's to ever touch the profession turf. That said, the guy LOVES the Pro Bowl. In his own words he considers it "an honor", and I personally would love to see him play in this year's Pro Bowl... or in every Pro Bowl for that matter. But the fact is, is now that they're going to the Super Bowl... he's not going to play! And why? Because he can't get injured before the big game! And let's face it.. for the most part, the cream of the crop rise to the top, for the most part.... and when you get to the super bowl there's a good number of star players... guess what guys... if this trend keeps up.. the Pro Bowl will be known as the "No Bowll"! Ha... I just made that up. But still... I think you all get my point. It's definitely taking away from the tradition of fthe sport and it's certainly taking away from what the fans come to expect.. Manning, Brees, Wayne, Clark, Bush, etc... won't be there this year. Yep.... YAWN! Maybe there'll be another football game on ... like the European Football kind! Might be more interesting. And while we're at it, let's just call it the INFL.... the International National Football League! And don't get me started on the Brady Rule... I think Goodell should say farewell if you ask me! Pfft!!!
