I was just wondering what peep sights some of you are using right now. I've got a G5 peep sight on my bow but it don't stay in line with my string so I was thinking about going back to one that Tye's to bus cable with the rubber tubing. What peep sight do you use & what do you think of it.

I use the one that ties with the tube. Replace the tube every year and you never worry about it failing on you.

I use a hunter peep but the opening is too large. Mine has three grooves to hold strings. With this served in There is always a clear shot through it. I have yet to have the string get in the way. With one that has four grooves I had trouble getting the string to be out of the way all the time.
Mason 690- I haven't tried the string splitter but it looks good.

I use the G5 and have Winners Choice string. I ahve not had any problem once I got the string seated and adjusted the twist.
Need a good string to keep the peep in line.

mason690,
I am using the String Splitter Mini. I actually replaced my G5 Meta peep with the Mini. Like the expanded view when shooting!

G5 1/4 hunter is what I use.. Awesome peep sight..Most of the well made strings these days u get very little string rotation on the peep once set.. Alittle fine tuning and u are ready to go..

I hate using a peep sight. I just ordered a Hind Sight. I attaches to the riser and gives you crosshairs to line with your pin. I should get it before the weekend so I will let you know how it works.

I have installed my new hindsight. It is great for target practice. I am not sure how it will work in the field. I think it may restrict some viewing area in lower light situations. I will update once I use it in the woods.

I hear the string splitter is a great little device. Real clear window and great in low light. My huntin' bud has it and looks good.

i dont use peep sights either. I just got used to shooting with out one because I didnt like the trouble in low light conditions. I just anchor with a kisser button and string to tip of my nose. shoot as tight of groups as I did with a peep sight.
