I cant really afford to buy those expensive suits ie. the bibs and jacket. I was wondering if you just used the scent lok under cloths if that would be enough?
Also, I cut the torsal glands off of that last doe I killed. I was hoping that maybe it would peak mom's intrest if I hung it near my stand? Do you think this will work.
Another thing, I left a little rag with code blue on it buy another stand I hunt. Thinking this would give it time to do some attracting. Any thoughts on this?

here is my experience on odor adsorbing clothes.1 layer will reduce your scent but you will still get winded.when the weather cools down i wear a layer of bacteria killing base, then a base layer of scent blocker undergarments and finally a scentblocker leafywear suit.i also wash all my laundry in scent free laundry soap and i wash in scent free soap.and store my huntin garments in scent proof bags.i never wear my huntin clothes indoors or in a vehicle.using this system i hunt all day in a ground blind and have watched numerous deer downwind of me who have never smelled me.

Anything you can do to eliminate scent is good. I wear both the underlining, and a camo outerwear. If you just have the lining, make sure your outerwear is clean and scent free, use a masking or eliminating spray, and you should be good to go. The only thing I "leave" in the woods would be a drip bottle over a mock scrape. I think leaving scents out in an area contaminates the area in that deer get used to the scent when they find no other deer there on a continous basis. In other words, gives them more time to bust ya. Just my opinion.

I wash my clothes in Burnt corn odor wash, thern spray down with a product from them called hide out. I aslo use the cover sprays from burnt corn they have quite a few acorn is my favorite but they have fresh earth and cedar too also pine, I dont think I have been winded since using thier stuff, Aslo the invisanet from them is a odor destroyer and a bug shiled no mosquitos,, you may hear them but they wont bite. The products they have are cheaper then wal mart and are made fresh and local..I have never used the carbon stuff nor do I think I will. I try to be as scent free as possible, I would say the only thing that might hurt me is I dip snuff so my breath may not smell like apples. Tim
