well finally got a break from the heat with some much needed rain. got out early while it was drizzzlin.checkin to see if they were out stirrin.after gettin burried up to the axles and gettin out finally.made around to the creek pasture and lo and behold there they were. about 20 of em grazin in with the cattle.set and watched for a few minutes,saw 3 big black and whites a spotted 1 and the rest were reds and blacks. called my bro to get the dogs loaded and headed that way but they were busy eatin breakfast.3 hours later we were headed back to the pasture. dumped the dogs and in 10 min. they bumped the hogs and split in all directions.before we could radioback for the rest of the dogs .they had a bay in a pond .when we finally got to em they already had the little spotted sow drown,flipped a coin to see who swam .it wasnt me. he he hegot the dogs and sow loaded but it was gettin hot by then so we just drove the roads to check for signs. not much of a hog but the first since the heat really hit.ready for cooler wheathernow. no pics but what i took on my phone camera
