Someone just give me a reson for heading back into the hot shop to turn out a call or two! I have not been out there turning in a couple of months! No predator calls, No deer grunts...... no nothing! I sure hope the rats don't find my antler stash!

How bout you go there and make me a predator (for coyotes) call (pro bono) to get back in the groove of things. Out of good faith for word of mouth advertisment.

enjoying the art of making the ideal sound should be good enough but I enjoy the feel of succes when you call something in with a call that you have designed and made with your own two hands.
But the ultimate feeling is when a customer emails you their own succes story complete with pictures. Now that is an awesome feeling

Yes, You are very correct, When someone writes on a board or messages you about a coyote that came running to your call or the deer that they turned around and came in close enough for the shot with something that was made from my hands does have to be one of the best feelings that comes from call making!

I started out to make up some calls last sunday and starting up is so slow once youve been away for a month or two.
seem like all ive got done in the last week was ordering supplies and clamshell packages. I think i got one call done geesh!
the good thing i can make up my own quoto!
