YIPPIE!!!!

I was talking to my wife about my hunting/fishing schedule for the next few weeks/months. I was totally expecting to get the dreaded "Speech". But all of a sudden I heard some sweet "Angelic music" in the background as I heard her say that she wanted to give her sister and our neighbors each a deer's worth of meat this year as a Christmas gift. I told her that that means that I would have to up my limit from 6 to 8 deer this year and that I would have to spend more time than last year in the woods. She said that would be just FINE with her. I wish I would have had a video camera on that one. Maybe I can get it in writing.

I interpreted it this way, " money is tight, gas prices are up and i know you're not going to get another job so you might as well make yourself useful and go out and actually do something torwards Christmas this year"



Still better than getting another job, eh. i'd be all over it.
