Hey guys. Give Cold Steel's "Pendleton Mini Hunter" a try. It is only $25 at Natchez Shooter's Supply. Great little knife for skinning, gutting, and processing. Good edge holding ability and great bang for the buck. 3" blade, kraton handle, good backbone.
