I am looking at two A-5 Browning Belgium auto's this week. A customer of mine decided he wants to unload two ofhis older guns, one is a belgium 12 gauge A-5 the other a 20 gauge with a fixed mod... I am interested in the 20 gauge but just not sure if I really need it in my safe. It is however supposed to be inn 98% perfect condition. I am going to have to wiegh it out, drop the money on this deal or keep saving for the Beretta Silver hawk..... Any input will be helpful...

I have a buddy that shoots an old A-5 is 12Ga. for pheasants. It has been a very reliable gun, though it is limited to 2 3/4" shells. I've shot it a few times, and must say it points very well. As far as a very servicable gun, I would think this would fit the bill, besides being a cool old Browning. As far as the 20 Ga. goes, ya just can't ever have enough of them. -KT
