As long as they travel or hang close to the house coyotes don't bother them. I drilled one of the sob's in the face last week. He tempted fate by coming too close to the house. If I was able to have an AR would have taken the whole pack out.I think they got one of the yearlings two weeks ago? Had 9 deer total coming by. Now there is 8. I've got some better pics just having technical difficulties.

Durning M L season i spotted the tracks of 2 big one's .. Than i noticed the heard really dropped off and other hunter's are saying the samething ,, But this deep snow in the woods don't help ,, these deer aren't use to this much snow and the Temp's dropping to record low's durning the day and really dropping at night . Just hope we had a high Acorn crop .

Most of the deer buddies had shot this year had thicker than usual this year. Thick coarse hair and pretty thick fat layers. So they should be OK if we get a mid winter melt off. Down your way they definitely aren't accustomed to the type of weather you guys have been getting. My buddy mike from jersey, said his dad has had tons of deer in his yard down there. I have some trailcam pics of deer in his yard. I will find them and post them for you.
