Boom! Boom! Boom! A box of shells? Hey ya just gotta knock the rust off thats all. But I've heard they are not always so easy to knock out of the air. Thanks for sharin that,good to see feathers on the ground.

Kt those are great pictures, the first one could well be on a calendar, you can see the eagerness in the dog's face. Looks like you had a great spot there to hunt, like the bare ground around some water close to food, can't beat that for dove hunting.
Missouri did a survey about 20 years ago, it was accurate according to the officials and the results were as follows: 2.5 dove were killed for each box of shells shot. If I'm thinking right that would be 5 dove for 50 shots or 10% of the time the bird didn't make it any further South. Having hunted them for several years and watching the average wing shooter, I imagine this survey was real close to being right. I bet Kt has a much higher success rate, have a great time afield with gun and dog! ;D
