Put my new sights on my bow and began shooting this weekend, suprised myself, was slapping arrows together after 15 shots. Been having trouble trying to shoot with glasses or not use them, old age is not that much fun but got to keep trying. I can see these new sights much better,so just maybe they will be the answer. Wish I could keep my cool and shoot big bucks like I can targets in the yard,I have all the best gear, the big guys are located, now if I can stay calm, just might have a Taxidermery bill.

With some of the giants you got roamin around. I don't blame you losing your composure. ;D ;D. I'm the opposite when I see em ,i'm fine. It's just either seein em or having a good shot. Last years mishap bout killed me. My uncle did me a favor and took those small saplings out of the equation. Oh and i do get excited when I see a buck that I didn't see before or have him on cams. Glad to hear your stackin em in there.

LongSpur,I wish I could say the same about composure, but I can't. I'm OK with a rifle but just want a big one with bow too bad I guess. For the last several years I've had a chance at a 150 or larger buck with the bow and have not been able to get my act together and make it happen. Last year I tagged a nice hickory tree instead of the 10 pointer the arrow was meant for, those trees do jump in front of a guy no matter what some folks tell ya ;D
