This pic shows fresh turkey fillets from my 2nd gobbler in 2010,shot him this morning at 10 AM., a small mess of morel mushrooms and the sheds I have found this spring. This didn't happen just today, have a lot of time in the sheds, one spike, couple small 4 pts, a 3 point and a nice sized 4 point. Going to make a tail fan plaque to hang on the wall from the tail feathers, my cousin will make fletching for arrows from the wing feathers and I plan to make heck of a good meal out of the shrooms and turkey breast tomorrow evening. I like to cube it, flour and season, then deep fry it. Can taste it already! ;D

Come on by anytime 4pointer, coffee is always on and we'll cook some turkey for ya! We can also fix Beef,Elk, Venison, or Catfish with the trimmings. P.S. will be out of mushrooms by the time you get here.
