Frontier and F.C. Arre two different types of ammunition. That's what I thought. He gave me the shells with the gun and said they were Hornady's (came in the Federal Vital Shok package) and both shoot identical. Any insight on the names?

Something does not make sense. You have caseings with F.C. and Frountier on them and I assume they are in a Hornady Box? Let me look into this. If you are running a Hornady load this can make the ballistics a little different.

The only thing I can find on the Frountier headstamp is maybe BlackHills ammo. I also found a connection to a older manufacturer in Belgium. I would not put much stock on this finding. I am uncertain on this one. Just a gut feeling, but describe the bullet that you are using to me. If you can get a picture of another bullet that looks like yours and post it here.

As of now, Hornady list no ammunition for a 150 gr Nosler Ballistic Tip 7mm Ultra Rem in their line up. So, just spit balling here, but I bet you are not running Hornady ammo. Along with the headstamp of F.C. and Frontier all point to Federal, for the most part anyway.

I called a buddy of mine that deals in ammo and he has no idea on the frontier. He and I have never heard of this headstamp. Make sure that the ammo passes a intense visual inspection before shooting. I am sure its fine but to be on the safe side, I would give it a good looking over.

Are these hand loads? If I am not mistaken this is a Hornady bullet. Federal runs a green potlymer tip. Where as Hornady runs a red polymere tip.

If these are hadload, which I think they are, there is no way of telling the weight of the bullet without getting a bullet puller and a grain scale and weighing it.

Parts: Casing with headstamp F.C. is Federal Frontier not sure on Bullet with red polymere tipis Hornady My impression is its a hand load.
Another thing is if they are hand loads whats the powder charge? No way of noing this with out measuring the powder. I am not a handloader and could not tell you how hot they are. My guess is they are hotter than a factory load. Most handloaders run a little hotter than normal factory loads. One thing to consider, since you are running a belted magnum you want to pay attention to the heat of your barrel don't let it get to hot between firings. Belted mags are bad about overheating and its easy to burn the barrel down.
