I recently purchased the field & Stream two man ladder stand . That way my daughter and I could sit together this year. It has the enclosed blind and all that stuff. What a pain in the butt that was to get on a tree. I dont care if you have a bad boy buggy or 4 wheeler. If you plan on taking it well off the beaten path, over any kind of rough terrain. Be prepared to make a couple trips. And don't attempt to do it by yourself, which you shouldn't anyway! It's a bear! i wanted to get it in this week and everyone was busy. So I decided I could use the 4 wheeler to raise it to the tree. No way, dumb idea!! And if any idiot is stupid enough to wanna steal it! Have at it! Once in place don't think I wanna move it anytime soon! I tried a couple different ways to get the roof righted! Either I don't know how to put a tent together,or something is a miss with the design!

longspur39, they're called 2 man ladder stands for more than one reason but you really need 3 men to put up sometimes, they can be difficult. Glad you got it up Ok , they can be dangerous until you get that first strap tightened around the tree, esp by yourself. I've not used one with the fully enclosed blind, only bottom half, let us know how you like it and can you shoot a bow from it? I bet it will help stay put longer in cold, wet windy weather.
