just a small bit of info.... for christmas i recieved a few new toys for around the house that have to do with the outdoors... one was a jerky cutting board and knife set made by high mountain jerky ... the cutting board has raised edges on both sides of it so when you lay your meat in the center and slide the knife across the board it makes perfect even slices of jerky in two different thicknesses.... the knife cuts thru meat like warm butter ..... i have used the cutting board now a few times and have noticed how many more pieces of jerky im getting per pound using it..... for 39 dollars you get the board knife and an insert board to cut vegetables evenly also ..... it also comes with two seasoning packs .... it is well worth the price considering the seasoning packs alone each one makes 15 pounds of jerky ....
