Im trying to upload a banner. Its in BMP format. I cant post it as a pic on the internet unless its jpg. I know it can be coverted from one to the other but all the programs on the internet are pay progams to download. I really dont want to pay for a program im only going to use one time.
Anyone know of one that i can use to convert it?
Does anyone have a program i can email this banner to and convert it for me?

I had to upload it in the BMP format then save it back to my pc in JPG. Does that sound right? ;D
