Well I just had to let the guy at the archery shop talk me into shooting his brand new Matthews Switchback. (just say no). I had to put the dang thing on lay-a-way the only way I can hide it from my wife. Because if she found out I spent that much money on a bow I probably wouldn't be able to pull it back with the broken arms much less climb with broken leggs.

I got a new Mathews last year and a new bowtech this year. We were outside and she was watching me shoot and I said I want to get a new switchback, she said WHY you seem to be shooting just fine with that one, I said its a man thing , I think I am going to have to hide this one. Then she told me dont even try to buy it and not tell me I do know the difference between a outback and switchback, I guess I am going into getting my buddy to buy and I will keep it at his house.

Ain't it funny how we all think alike. I had a guy run into the back of me and total out my truck. So of course I had to buy a new one (it was her turn for the new one). So she tells me "well looks like that truck just ate your new bow". Dang now I have to leave the switchback at the camp.

Here's my neet trick.You see my wife is glad I don't spend my money on booze :-*So when I go to buy a new bow she says ain't one/two bows enought ???I tell her your right.its cheaper to go to the bar an spend money on drinks :'(She says whats one more bow.

The other day I was at the archery shop goofing of and I was looking at the new HOYT V tec and the owner who I do buisness with told me that since I was a good friend and supplier for him he would let me have it for 20% off. Well hell I knew I had a deal. Went to get the check book and like I said earlier was told NO. So see Im not haveing to hide a new bow and Im not in trouble. it seems like we get along better if I just tuck tail and run. LOL LOL
