Looks like an excellent job! That is one thing I have yet to do with a spring bird. May have to try it next spring.

Easier than i thought... You just cut back the feathers off the turkey starting at the neck and cut off the tailfeathers. Cut off as much meat as you can and then lay the feathers on a cardboard and open the fan out and keep them in place with pins. Then lay on the borax thick wherever there's skin. Let it dry for 3 weeks, dust of the borax, and hot glue the feathers to some cutout wood.
There's instructions on the nwtf website and it really isn't too difficult. If i can do it you guys sure can.
