Here is my elk I got last fall. I just got it back and I had to put it up in my cabin becuase I didnt have anywhere at home that I could put it. I forgot how big these things really are and mine is only an average size elk.

well its real hard to tell when you are in the wilderness and the only way to get him out was to quarter him and pack him straight up lol. I would have to guess around 800 pounds. I had a hard time even rolling this guy over. My guide agreed he thought around 800.
