Here are the pics of both birds dry and up on the habitat. I don't think they look all to bad. The only problem I had was that the drake had a lot of pin feathers and I lost a good majority of feathers and almost all of the sidepocket feathers. Well, here it is anyways. I still have to paint the drakes feet yet.

I've only been really doing this for about 1 year. That itself will only consist of a duck every other month. I have only truly mounted around 6-7 ducks and have got very little time to do so with school. I have skinned around 35+ birds though for prep for taxidermy just for practice, so I can skin pretty well. Just need more practice on the ducks.

Looks pretty good for a duck that was not really a good speciman to start with, keep up the good work and use a lot of reference and it will only get better.
