Fiber tec ot tech, something like that has done my walleyes and muskys. They are pretty good. Any taxidermist worth his salt should be able to put you in touch with someone if he can't do it.

Yes measure length and girth. Take pictures if possible or send pictures of one you've seen that you like the color of. Some fish don't have good color or loose it out of the water

Where are you located birdbanger, I am in north Louisiana and do a lot of replicas each year, you can see a couple on my thread on here titled "Here are a few of my mounts"
