Great mounts. I really like the Crappie mount. how much do you charge to do something like that? You charge by the inch?

That crappie mount was a 360 degree pedestal mount for competition and was right at $400 but a standard customer mount which is not finished out as well on back side as front side would have only been in the $200 range. I do charge by the inch with extra charge for whatever base you want, standard mount will be mounted on a piece of cedar or cypress driftwood.

Nice work! I'll keep you in mind. I'm in NY state. If I ever get me a 10+ inch bluegill/sunny I'll be in touch. But of course there are several other fish that might come your way if I get lucky.

first pic is an atlantic eider, open mouthed with a clam shell in its mouth. Glad to hear someone else collects marbles, those are part of my wife's collection and she is very fond of them, we actually have 6 full jars and one other about one half full so far. The euro mount was one of mine I just wanted to do something different than the standard bone look so I decided to bronze it, it looks pretty good but I have done several since that look much better since I have learned how to do it right.

All the ones in these pics were from 2 different years at the Louisiana Show, have a few others from the Oklahoma show. Planning on going to the Southern Regionals, Texas Show, Oklahoma Show and possibly the World Show this year since I retired from regular job and have time to travel now.

I been going to the Ga show for six years and Peidmont Nc for seven years and Surrey Nc last year. They are allot of fun and the greatest learning tool I've found.

Shows are great learning tools as long as you go with the right attitude and take the critique on your mounts as positive and improve on them and the seminars are great tools also.
