I get my best results with : Nosler Ballistic tips,Hornady spire point boattail,Sierra match kings.Been hunting with ballistic tips for a while.Have some small issues with their performance .Thinking about going back to the hornady SPBT.Never had a problem with accuracy or performance .I just got on the BT bandwagon with everybody else.

I like Nosler,Sierra and Hornady...I have shot some Speer bullets in my 270 Win and they are ok, but I use a large combination in different calibers of Hornady,Sierra and Nosler..

I don't reload but I do want to toss this out for a response from you guys that do...My best accuracy is with Federal Premiums using the Nosler Partions out of my Remington 700 .308...I get great groups...It's a good thing they are accurate because I have to place atleast 2 in the boiler room before a deer will go down...Whenever I use Remington Corelokts the accuracy is close to the Federals but the bullet performance on the game is outstanding...One shot one kill everytime...I've had atleast 2 bucks that I can remember right off that have taken 4 Federal shells to put them down...Do you guys find this also?

I reload for 14 calibers so I go through quite a few bullets. My shooting is mostly at the bench and in the woodchuck fields. I use more Sierras than anything else, with Nosler a close second. Generally if one shoots accurately the other will also. It's just a matter of personal choice I guess. Best wishes.

Do you have the best accuracy with? Hornady ............. RemingtonNosler .............. Winchester Speer ............. FederalSierraThe absolutely most accurate reloads I've ever made were .308 Win, using Hornady's 168gr JHPBT National Match. Loaded with Hodgdon BL-C(2) powder and CCI Large Rifle primers in either LC or Winchester brass using RCBS dies in a Lee Hand Press. My Springfield M1A absolutely loves that combination. The same bullet also works good in my Springfield M1 Garand using IMR 4895.

These are group averages by bullet type for my 7mm-08. All handloads and all shot off the bench using sand bags. There have been quite a few 1/2" or better groups, but these represent overall averages including work up loads.
