I AM AT THE PRESENT TIME TRYING ONE, THE REASON I AM IS BECAUSE NO MATTER WHAT POSITION THE BOW IS IN THE ARROW STAYS ON THE REST...I HAVE A BAD HABIT OF SHAKEING WHEN MR. BIG COMES IN...I HAVE ACTUALLY HAD A ARROW COME OUT OF THE REST BECAUSE OF THIS (I LOVE TO BE SHOOK UP AT THE SITE OF A BIG ONE) I HAVE BEEN SHOOTING A FALL AWAY FOR THE PAST FOUR YEARS...JUST TRYING SOMETHING DIFFERENT

Well even though WB has a good thing about not letting the arrow fall off during shooting, I don't like it because it messes up your fletchings after a while. I literally had to re-fletch tons of arrows all because of the WB, now I have a V-rest and I must say as long as my fletchings don't hit the V the arrow will fly right and as long as I don't take the bow and really jerk it left or right, it won't fall off...I have yet to have an arrow fall off my V-rest, even when I see does and a few nice bucks! I tremble like a leaf on a tree, but my arrow remains on the rest! WB is just not my type of rest, it is good when you are hunting only, if you practice a lot, I wouldn't reccommend it, like I said it ruins your fletchings and it is a pain in the rear. Pros- > keeps arrow on rest at all times > Doesn't mess up arrow flight Cons- > Ruins fletchings after a while of shooting > Looks like crud on the bow... God bless

well 12 gage you pretty much nailed it . There are pros and cons to every question or experience. We must all weight the differences and see if the downs out way and benefit our needs. I too use a TM Hunter which the fletching cock vain flies through the center of the rest. I also have an over 4" overdraw. I am shooting 72 pounds at 28 1/2 inch arrow with the over draw. My arrow weight as of today is around 520 grains. I use bi-deltas fletching. I use 100 grain points. My practice , field, dart, judo, and broad heads all weight 100 grain. And i still use the TM Hunter Style rest with overdraw. I am getting about 260 feet / second . Its not fast but stores a lot of energy in the arrow . Oh ya my arrow is a 2315.

I use the WB with Blazers and have no trouble whatsoever. I am a novice and have never used a drop away rest. I do know people who use them, but with the accuracy I get with the WB, why change. I have been contemplating switching to using the Starrflight FOBS instead of fletching, but the one reason I havent switched is because you have to use a drop away rest with them. A fellow by the name of Bob Keller (Keller Bowsights) taught me how to shoot my bow and with the WB I was shooting where I aimed every time within minutes. Now that ive been shooting it for going on a year I can hold my own with just about anybody at 40yds and under. If I ever do switch it will most likely be either a TR Drop Zone or the Limbdriver.

Whisker Bisquit and a mechanical broadhead. 25 yard shot quartering towrds angle, more than enough speed from an old PSE wheel bow... I would have to say that the set up had all it took. I use the whisker myself and I love it. 2 sholder injuries made me unsteady and this got me back to bowhunting. I like to use pictures for the outcome of products I use, it is sort of like proof in the pudding...

The best dang thing i invested on my bow!. It dosent slow the arrow down, I cant here the draw on it, You dont have to worry about your arrow falling off and making noise, i have no problem grouping arrows AT ALL!! I would never use a different rest. In the heat of the moment this is the thing to use. I would recomend this to anybody to use.

And just in case any one is wondering why my group is low... I shoot low in order to make a shot if the deer jumps the string... I have also dropped a few deer in there tracks by placing the arrow right behind the leg in the heart a low foward shot. So when I shoot I aim for the sweet spot in the boiler room.

I had one on my Mathews Switch Back XT. I liked the rest when used for hunting. Then I started to shoot a lot of 3-D. The rest can wear out your fletchings. When I traded for my Drenalin I switched to a Rip-Cord drop away rest. With the new bow and rest my score increased by 30 points the next time on course. I would recomend it if you spend most of your time in the hunting woods with your bow. If not go with a Rip-Cord.

like the last post, the only people I have heard cry around about them are people that have never used one. I love mine. It is the most forgiving piece of bow equipment I have seen. try taking a ackward leaning shot with out it, and see how you come out. But thats me.

I use a whisker biskit. I like it because it keeps my arrow in place. I've never had any problems using mine, it hasn't affected my arrow group (flight). I generally shoot a 1/2" group. So far so good!

I've used one for a few years now. Absolutely no flight deviance using one. I have not shot an arrow through a chrony with one so don't know for a fact it loses any speed but would guess it loses a few fps. Also, I would not use feathers as there is too much contact in my opinion. If you use the correct WB for your type arrow (graphite or alum), it's great.

i've shot tm hunters, bo doodles, you name it. i shoot a wb now with my carbons and am very pleased. got the drop tine quick shot. i like it cause i'm an amputee and some times stumble in the woods like a drunk( lol ) and the arrow stays put. i don't notice any draw sound or any lost speed. neither did the deer i shot. i guess it all comes down to personal preference. i like em.
