I hunted private land for awhile but all I got was do this, don't do that. I do what the hell I want to within the law of course. 
I hunt nothing but public land anymore. The deer are a little scarce around here but that is what scouting is all about. I scout out of season and in season. Right now I got to find some damn turkeys to hunt. Since we had little rain this year there's no water around that clearcut anywhere. The turkeys all but left.
