Here is something that may help some of you get your hands cleaned after you have field dressed your game and got it back to the truck.
We use liquid detergent for washing clothes. And i save the very last(empty comtainer) and just fill it with water. Then i use it to wash the mess off my hands at the truck. If kept in the cab of the truck it don't freeze on me in the winter.

Great tip. I use dish washing soap to wipe my camouflage paint off my face by squirting several shots into a wet face towel, usually in one corner and wrapping it in a plastic grocery bag. By squirting it in one corner of the towel, it allows just plain water to wipe suds away, plus it's antibiotic.

I do similarly, but one year i shot a deer and it was rather dry out, middle of Oct, dry crunchy leaves no water I dressed the deer out and try to find something, but no water anywhere, so i found where there should have been a vernal pond and all there was was mud, i figured if i dug down a little way i should hit water, but that was a stupid idea, all i managed to do was get muddy, so now its in the mid 60's i'm covered up to my elbows in blood and my hands are full of mud, so i do the best i can with the dry leaves, hook up to the deer and proceed to drag it out somewhere close to a half mile, up and down hills over logs, etc, working up a huge sweat, which of course kept running into my eyes, so you know i had to keep wiping my face, i finally get to the truck load the deer, and still haven't found anything to clean up with, i looked at myself in the mirror, yep covered my face with blood and mud, go to the registration station and walk in to the DNR service center, I think i scared everybody as i walked in, :othe woman behind the counter asked me if i needed help, I responded with my best Wolf-man Jack impersonation, in a low guttural raspy voice "I got a deer to register" I looked at her and laugh and said "i would like to go clean up a little first, where's the restroom," she pointed down the hall and said something like "please - do"
Now i usually have a rag in the tool box, and carry some drinking water in a thermal cooler.
