We lease a 600 acre farm in N Mo., but we still go out of our way for the landowner cause he is a nice guy. I also belong to a sportman's club that has 400 acres of stright up and down to hunt on. Fun iwtha cabin the whole nine yards. It is so stupidly cheap I would be embaurassed to tell what they charge for this!

We have one in ky where we go down every other weekend and cut grass. We have put a new roof on the building had electric run to the building and we even pay the electric bill. The old man who owns the land is a retired proffesor and now lives in Florida he told us use the land like it was our own. When we first got it people had just tore the place all to hell, we had to clean out the building new doors windows and we even put a burgler alarm on the place and it really works someone broke in the alarm went off and they booked outand threw everything they had on the side of the road going out. Funny part was none of it was ours they had evidently broken into someone elses place and did not want to get caught with it. We pay nothimg for this lease except to keep the place clean keep people off of it and keep unwanted preditors out. I have done Tabacco for other farmers cut and hang, run fences bailed hay and taken care of live stock.
