Ya know, next to huntin/fishin, there is only one thing that gets the heart goin, and that's the Pack. Here's one opinion from "the front lines". Favre is who he is, hasn't lost nothing, and didn't attend any of the minicamps. He stayed in Mississippi and worked out with a personal trainer. Guys, they say he is in the best shape of his life. He seldom touched a football all summer. He said the workouts were tougher than training camp. He is CHOMPING at the bit to get to camp and play. To that end, the rest of the division should be cringing. Walker can sit out, so what. The Pack drafted three receivers, each of whom hold their respective school's receiving records. And one of those caught everything that was thrown to him. And I mean EVERYTHING! Defense.....uugghhh!! Last year was a cancer. BUT...new DC Bates is a motivator and know how to get the best out of players, and is a proven winner. If the "D" improves at all, the Pack will be a tough team to beat. Green is still a hard, dominant runner (when he holds on to the ball). Davenport is a very capable back-up, and is a good one-two pucnh. Throw in an excellant "third down back" in Tony Fisher, along with 270lb fullback Luchey, and the Offense will just keep on rolling. Oh ya, forgot about the best blocking fullback over the last ten years, William Henderson (no, not the puke from Tampa Bay). Finally, one of the best kickers in the league. The rant is over, ARE YOU READY FOR A BUTT-WHOOPIN'?

I dont know about that, with the loss of Coleman and Wahl, they lost two of their best O lineman, Ahman Green maybe heading to jail, and then theres Walker doing his best imitation of Terrell Owens....anyway Walker only had one great year so where does he get off wanting the big bucks?....I think theres too much of an undercourant of dissention on this club to make major waves this year......true though, the old Black and Blue division is not as hard core as they used to be....and Cinncinati will be tough......this could be Carson Palmers real breakout year .........

First you have to see if the Colts have a defense this year and Manning doesnt pull a Donovan McChoke in the playoffs... it could however be with the Eagles.......

the colts defense is young and fast with 2 bigttime playmakers in bob sanders and dwight freeny.freeney is well known but sanders was a rookie last year comin off a broken foot in college.in the 6 games he played he was phenomanel.the rest of the defense is young but all they have is the dreaded p word which is potential.tony dungy is high on cornerback joseph jefferson but he has been hurt for 3 years

The News Packers veterans are scheduled to report to training camp on Wednesday, but nose tackle Grady Jackson says he will wait until after his agent, Drew Rosenhaus, speaks to Packers officials this week to decide whether to report, reports the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel. "I might be part of reporting day," the defensive tackle told the paper. "But I can't ballpark it right now. I've got to see how this meeting goes." Jackson wants the team to rework the final year of his two-year, $2.31 million deal and give him a pay increase. The Packers plan on ignoring Jackson's request just like they say they will another Drew Rosenhaus client, Javon Walker. The team claims they won't rework Jackson's deal since they already advanced him $65,000 of his $665,000 base salary in early May. The loss of Jackson would further deplete a defense that struggled mightily without him last season and is already among the worst in the league.
